Over the weekend our Tomatoes competed in a range of events from the Pool Rescue Champs, the Masters Short Course Champs and the Multi Sport Winter Challenge.

I could write a long congrats message for everyones acheivements and give you the detailed results but here is the executive summary: We kicked arse!

The point I would like to expand on is the number of dedicated Tomatoes who show up to training week in week out and train their butts off, you guys are awesome competition or not.
